We've started buying A2 raw milk. YUMMY!! Not due to allergies but because we want purity. Raw milk butter is also delicious. We have also sourced raw goat milk. It's in limited supply and we are on a waiting list to get a subscription.

I have to say, that my sinus congestion is reduced and digestion has improved since we moved to raw milk.

It's a pity supply of raw milk is so limited.

Good to hear about the decrease in sinus congestion and digestion!

I heard from a doctor that raw milk has the same bacterium (bifido) that we have as babies and the one most associated with not being susceptible to bad Covid (or any other viral/bacterial) outcomes. They're learning more and more out the gut biome is intrinsically linked to our immune system. I find it really fascinating how much of the human body we have very little understanding of and how much has been learned even in the past few years.

Raw milk is limited in no small part due to lobbying on the part of corporations that seek to limit their competition. I remember reading a couple of years ago that Wisconsin lost something like 700+ small dairy farmers in that year alone due to the push for regulations by corporate farms (knowing that they can handle the cost, but small farms cannot). All, of course, under the guise of being for health and safety!

From someone who can only drink raw milk, I sincerely say, "Thank You!" for helping to support the remaining industry. I hope one day that raw milk would be available in every community (and not just a long drive, speaking selfishly). Even more, I would very much love one day to have a small homestead with chickens, a goat, a dog, a cat, and a partridge in a pear tree, but I'll probably have to stick with the song and a dream. ;) In the meantime, I will enjoy visiting an actual farm and drinking their raw milk!

I also think another reason for the push against raw milk is due to its health benefits. If its good for us governments don't want us to have it. Plus big commerce wants standardisation.

Too many lobbyist make it convenient for politicians to choose government-corporate co-orperation. (a.k.a. fascism) If only the people yelling "fascism" knew what it actually were, they might realize that it is they who support it, stop being "useful idiots" and help fight against it. Limiting government and their power to control people gets one called a "fascist" these days. The spasms the media is going through to associate people who want freedom FROM the government with a certain type of socialism from the 19th century (and not even the right one!) is incredible to me. I am working on a future post re: the book Nudge, where they usurp the word "libertarian" (which they apologize for using as they say it carries such horrific connotations!) and mash it up with the term "paternalism" to get the oxymoron "libertarian paternalism"...and this is what they teach at universities, what became the standard in health "ethics"/policymaking, and sums up our post-Covid world in a nutshell. It will post in February.

The standardization of commerce is interesting. Now that I think about it, it would make sense for those who obsess with equity. Mandating "vaccines" for every single human despite their immunity or immune system or any other factors was also "equity" as differing immune responses are by nature inequitable. Equal outcomes is the goal for those who seek to control others through a warped sense of "fairness."
